References to "Michigan Porch," "we," "us," or "our" on this site mean Emma Rose Holdings LLC. Michigan Porch is an independent publication, not a government agency or government-approved service.

Michigan Porch is provided as-is for informational use. We do not guarantee that any estimate will match your final tax bill, insurance bill, registration fee, closing statement, or local filing deadline.
